A fast-growing, well-funded AI technology company is seeking an Agent Product Manager to lead enterprise deployments of an AI agent platform serving major customers in the logistics industry.
This is not a traditional product.deployment management role. You’ll work directly with enterprise customers, understand complex business processes, and partner with technical teams to turn those workflows into live AI-powered solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Own enterprise AI deployments from discovery through go-live and ongoing success.
- Manage relationships with VP and C-suite customer stakeholders.
- Translate complex workflows into AI agent solutions.
- Partner closely with engineering and technical delivery teams.
- Manage multiple high-value enterprise accounts.
- Help build the deployment playbook for a rapidly scaling AI company.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience implementing or deploying software for enterprise customers.
- Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.
- Technical aptitude with LLMs, APIs, JSON and SQL.
- Background in implementation, deployment, solutions, technical account management or customer success.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
- Able to work 5 days onsite in NYC or San Francisco.
