This is not an onboarding job. This is a build-and-scale leadership role.
A private equity–backed, high-growth healthcare SaaS company is looking for an Onboarding Director to take ownership of the entire customer implementation experience.
You’ll build it, refine it, and scale it.
From first kickoff to go-live, you’ll drive how customers experience the product, how teams deliver, and how fast the business grows.
What You’ll Own:
- Lead and develop a team of onboarding specialists & EHR trainers.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle (kickoff → go-live).
- Drive faster implementations, stronger adoption, better outcomes.
- Build scalable processes, KPIs, and delivery standards.
- Partner across Sales, Product, Support & Customer Success.
- Elevate onboarding into a strategic growth engine.
What You Bring
- Experience in Healthcare SaaS onboarding / implementation / CS.
- Strong understanding of EHR, RCM, clinical + billing workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple complex client rollouts.
- Leadership mindset — you coach, build, and raise the bar.
- Comfort in a fast-moving, PE-driven environment.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in post-acute / long-term care (PALTC).
- Exposure to HL7, integrations, or data migration.
- Background scaling onboarding teams or processes.
