A private equity-backed technology company is hiring a hands-on FP&A Leader to build and own the financial engine during a high-growth phase.

What You’ll Own:
- Build and lead financial models (forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning).
- Create board-ready materials and investor presentations.
- Own SaaS and operating KPIs (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, etc.)
- Partner with leadership on pricing and growth strategy.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial insights.
- Support executive decision-making with real-time analysis.
- Help build and scale the FP&A function from the ground up.
What You Bring:
- FP&A experience within a private equity-backed or high-growth environment.
- Strong financial modeling skills (advanced Excel required)
- Experience preparing materials for executive leadership and/or board reporting.
- Understanding of SaaS or recurring revenue business models.
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight.
- Builder mindset — you improve, not just maintain.
