A private equity-backed technology company is hiring a hands-on FP&A Leader to build and own the financial engine during a high-growth phase.

If you’ve ever wanted a seat where your work directly impacts board conversations, valuation, and strategic direction — this is it.

What You’ll Own:
  •  Build and lead financial models (forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning). 
  •  Create board-ready materials and investor presentations. 
  •  Own SaaS and operating KPIs (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, etc.) 
  •  Partner with leadership on pricing and growth strategy. 
  •  Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial insights. 
  •  Support executive decision-making with real-time analysis. 
  •  Help build and scale the FP&A function from the ground up. 

What You Bring:
  •  FP&A experience within a private equity-backed or high-growth environment.
  •  Strong financial modeling skills (advanced Excel required)
  •  Experience preparing materials for executive leadership and/or board reporting.
  •  Understanding of SaaS or recurring revenue business models. 
  •  Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight. 
  •  Builder mindset — you improve, not just maintain.
