About the Job
I am helping a public school district identify a counselor who is passionate about keeping high school students on track for graduation.
This individual will coach and advocate for students facing academic, attendance, social or behavioral challenges; collaborate with families and school staff; and use student data to coordinate timely support.
Requirements:
- Connecticut School Counselor certification (068).
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
Experience supporting high school students and families.
Salary: Approximately $55,000–$105,000, based on education and credited experience under the district’s negotiated contract. Comprehensive benefits included.
